How much does this course cost?

The fees for this course are $1,213 Excl. GST

What is the deadline for submitting proof of payment?

Your proof of payment is the final step that locks in your place. You'll need to submit it after receiving your offer letter, and no later than the Friday before your intake starts. If your payment arrives too late and the intake is already full, you'll be moved to the next available intake.

How long does the enrolment process take?

How quickly you get enrolled depends on how fast you complete each step accurately. Once we receive your completed enrolment form and verified ID, we'll send you an offer letter. If you sign and return it promptly with proof of payment, your entire enrolment could be wrapped up within 10 working days.

Can I pay in instalments?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting payments in instalments at this stage.

When will I receive my offer letter?

We send offer letters every Wednesday, but only after you've ticked both boxes: completed enrolment form and verified ID. Make sure you have both sorted before Wednesday if you want your offer letter that week.

I’m not currently working for a real estate agency. Can I still enrol in the course?

Yes, you can still enroll in the course. However, we encourage you to connect with a property management company if you’re new to the industry, as they can support you with some of the course modules.

Can I attend in-person classes?

No, the course is fully online with support from your Training Advisor

When does my course end?

The NZ certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) will take 10 months to complete.

How do I make payment?

You will receive payment details with your letter of offer after you submit your enrollment form and certified passport. Payments are made through Public Trust, ensuring your money is secure.

Why do I need a Contract of engagement?

Some assessments benefit from the support of a branch manager. We encourage you to connect with a branch manger to sign your training agreement.

Are there in-class tutoring sessions?

No, we do not offer in-class tutoring sessions. However, we do provide weekly online drop-in sessions run by assessors where you can attend and ask questions.

Can I complete the course offline, or do I need a computer?

You will need a computer, an internet connection and Microsoft word to complete this course.

Do I need an NCEA qualification to apply?

No, you do not need an NCEA qualification.

Can I print learning resources?

No, all resources are online and cannot be downloaded.

How many spots are available in each intake, and how do I secure one? What happens if I miss out?

We run one RPM intake each month with 50 spots available, starting in February and running through to November.

Securing your spot is straightforward: complete your enrolment and send us proof of payment. We work on a first come, first served basis, so the earlier you get your paperwork in, the better your chances of getting into your preferred intake. If your chosen intake fills up before we receive your payment, we'll move you to the next available one.

If any information is missing from your enrolment, we'll hold your application until everything's complete before moving to the offer letter stage.
