Who is eligible to enrol?

You must hold a current REA license and be a practicing real estate agent in New Zealand. You'll need to provide your valid REA license number upon registration.

What if I enrol late in the year?

You can enrol at any time, but you're responsible for completing all requirements by 31 December 2026.

How is my progress tracked?

Your completion progress is reported monthly to the REA, including your REA license number and date of birth. You can track your own progress through our online learning platform.

What format are the knowledge quizzes and self-reflections?
